Union Switch and Signal 1911A1

Acquired this one today. I think the right grip is wrong and the safety is wrong. Let me know what you think. The frame looks to have been reparked. The slide doesn't have the proof P ( maybe an earlier slide??). I do have a slide with a proof P, but it is not positioned on the top and has more wear than this one. It is the slide that is shown in the first 5 pics in the album.
