hi, mike

do magnetic compasses point north or south down there?
sounds like a dumb question, i know but i just finished reading about the scott and shalketon expiditions in the early 20 th century and they refered to the magnetic south pole.
..
BTW, i was there in 1970 on R&r from vietnam. stayed in coff's harbour.
