Ebay with good pictures will bring the best price. Scabbards are harder to come by than bayonets.

Without seeing it, hard to say but $100 is pretty much top dollar for an excellent condition example. Not likely to get that at a gun show. There are plenty of reproductions out there too.

Ebay currently has one listed for over $100 which no one is touching and one that has been bid up to $82. There are several others less than that with no bids. It also depends on the manufacturer.

You are correct.(as usual) Now that I found one locally prices have dropped. Several months ago I gave up on e-bay scabbard due to the prices.
You never want to be looking for an item at the same time as me. Bad mojo.

thanks alot i wanted to make sure that i didnt get ripped of. i felt that 50 to 75 would be a good price range i know dealers need to make a profit too. hopeing to trade for some parts i need for the other post i have here for a stock maybe. there is very faint green type paint near edge of metal hanger part/

That should mean the paint is mostly gone. They were brown fiberglass type material underneath. If it's what we suspect. Less finish means lower price. Pics would really help.

that seams to be the case i went back to gun show today to get some more bayonet info on what i have found in this estate. But to me seams like there were alot of lookers an not alot of buyers at the gun show.
