Experience w/ CH4D Primer Pocket Swager?
I just received a primer pocket swager from CH4D. I bought it because I couldn't (at the time) find the RCBS swager in stock.
I discover on opening the box the swager came in that there are no instructions regarding proper set up. I called CH4D and they said they had never printed any instructions for this item. I would like to avoid learning issues if possible.
Anyone have experience regarding proper set up - particularly for .223?
Thanks
Stu

I used one of these 30 years ago and they do work. The cavat is not to try and resize the pocket itself. I had a problem with military .38 special that had a heck of a crimp. I ended reaming the pocket as the CH tool would not do it without deforming the rim of the case. I sold the Ch and instead bought one of the first Dillon and have used it with grerat success since.

I found it does not work for the .223. The darn thing pulls through the rim. I do like the concept better than the RCBS. CDD
