Underwood Carbine?

So this is my new to me carbine that I picked up in a trade. The owner didn't have much information about it. I have heard arsenal rebuild. From my understanding an arsenal rebuild would have had the adjustable rear sight and the bayonet lug added, plus the stock is marked M (Marlin?) which points to rebuild.

I am looking forward to shooting it this weekend.
