Barrel question for Chuck in Denver

Hi Chuck, Ive got a 1903 that needs a new barrel and I've got a new A3 barrel. What do you have to do to install the A3 on an 1903? Or would I be better off trying to find an 1903 barrel? thanks for any helop you can offer-----Turk -- ps I've got a small machine shop.

do yourself a favor, find an 03 barrel, and sell the A3 barrel.
last week i found no less then 6 1903 barrels for sale on GB, after the comment was made, how hard 03 barrels are to find, i have a couple WW2 replacement barrels available.
