Have access to the sales section? I was able to PM a member there, but could not post that I PM'ed him?

You can examine the ad but can't put anything in it. You have to communicate by PM with him. There's no way to start a thread in his WTS ad.

That's why there's a Read Me First link at the top of the forum which explains how to use it. 
Of course, it requires one to actually read it.
