Thread: Marking on 1941 Lithgow buttstock

    Marking on 1941 Lithgow buttstock

    Any ideas on this? A 1941 Lithgowicon No.1 Mk.III*, usual markings on the buttstock, but "1055" also stamped in about 1/2" high characters.
