Turkish GEW98 Opinions?

What's the consensus on Turkish Mausers? I have a line on a Turkish stamped GEW98. I'm not entirely clear if it's German manufactured and just Turkish stamped, or if it's Turkish manufactured. From the photos it looks to be in immaculate condition and has been either well cared for or, more likely, refinished. The seller is asking $450.
