DOB For WRA 1,126,534 and Questions To GB Sellers

    Couple questions,
I pulled a no date WRA (bad piston threads) barrel from this receiver.
Receiver is a spring tube, with no holes drilled through the right rail.
This would be the 'Last Style' Spring tube...
    Isn't this the Type 1C variation ?
Also looking for production date for WRA 1,126,534 Does June 43 sound close ?

Now for those who sell on GB.
Can you start writing up your listing and get part way done and be able to save it as a draft until you have time to complete it ?

Or once you start writing up the listing.... Do you have to entirely complete it ?

I don't want to try starting a listing, that if I can't fully complete at the time and end up having to start over at step 1.

Sorry to have to ask, but it's been over 12 years since I sold anything on GB.
    Just good at buying there.

    Thanks,

Nothing to add on the Carbine.
As for Gunbroker, there's really just three "steps."
    Step One: Select Category
Step Two: Describe Item (title, description, price, shipping information)
    Step Three: Add Photos

I didn't see a "Save Draft" type option under any of these three steps.
It's not quite as smooth as eBay listing but it goes pretty quick even without doing a draft.

    RC,
    Thx for the reply.
Can you organize the pictures when listing.
Like Ebay, where you can move them in the order you want them ?

Been reading up...... Wondering if you do the 'Schedule the starting time' if that would act like a saved draft??
Where I could fill in the basics: shipping, basic BS, then be able to tweak it before it starts.
Might work like a saved draft....... and maybe why they don't offer a saved draft, so you pony up the extra cost to 'Schedule'

PIA, but told a friend I'd list it for him.

    Thx again,
    Charlie-Painter777

I suppose that could work. Then you could edit it as we get more info here.
But you could really do basically the same thing by typing up the info in a Word document then copying and pasting.
As for photos, that's one of the reasons I prefer eBay's interface. With GunBroker, you can add 4 photos at the time of listing (which you can rearrange how you wish) then you must post the listing.
After posting you click "Manage Pictures." In this window, you can add ten more photos...but only ten. Then you must save your addition and go in and do the same thing again if you wish to add more. I don't know what the limit it.

Yeah, it's silly. I can post three items on eBay in the time it takes me to do one post on GunBroker.

Type 1C for the receiver and your June 1943 is about right too.
