    Question Knox Form Markings

Well, I've be delving into the Ian Skennertonicon books to decypher the markings on my new acquisition but hit a roadblock with some markings on the Knox Form. The letters V.S.M and numbers 360 are stamped on it and I can't find these markings anywhere. I am assuming they may have been stamped on there post Sale out of Service?

Isn't V.S.M. Vickers Sons and Maxim? Here's a thread that may help. https://www.milsurps.com/showthread.php?t=59761

Thanks browningautorifleicon! Makes perfect sense. Assuming the 360 is the manufacturier serial number?
