    Oregon groups

Anyone know of any Enfield groups in Oregon? Or are there any other Enfield fans in Oregon that is willing to share their knowledge and experience.

I own two Enfields a Mk4 Longbranch and a Santa Fe rifle. I want to learn how I can make sure they are up to par for shooting etc.

The Santa Fe needed some minor work, the only thing that is inconsistent now is the feed of the shell into the chamber. I have the play around with the bullet cartridge a bit before it will feed right, it seems like this is not ideal if you need to be prepared to fire right away.

Check out Oregon Arms Collectors, if you're not already a member. They have some Enfield guys there. Their annual 2-day show is excellent, like a miniature version of the Beinfeld Antique Arms Show, small but high quality. Sadly it is cancelled this year due to Coronavirus.
