I'm no expert, I'm just leaning myself but you can look up the date on USRifleCAL30M1.com is reads that the Winchester receiver serial number ser.no. 1364589 was manufactured in June of 1943, whats is the numbers on the barrel read?. You will need to look at all the drawing numbers on each part to determine if the all matching and correct this will make a difference in value.

Based on below info $750 if serviceable to several thousand based on condition / originality and could be lower if pitted and worn or blue sky junk
RM1SERVICE M1 Garand, Luck of the draw for Springfield or Harrington & Richardson manufacturer. Orders will be filled with next available Service grade rifle. See above for Service Grade description. Rifle shipped in CMP hard rifle case.
