How Does This "p" Look?

This "P" doesn't look right, but maybe it is. It is on an IO with a BA/HAB rebuild mark. What do you guys think??

It would not be a factory applied P as it has serifs, but I've seen Ps like that on overhauled stocks before. Looks OK to me. I've seen BA/JPL marks before, the HAB is a new one to me. Anybody know who that inspector was?

It looks like it was just struck to me. No wear or even dirt in the impression.

I don't think its a re-strike or new. Look at the one oclock position of the circle and theres a diaginal line crossing over the line of the circle.
