Part Markings

On a GB parts lot picture 56 shows a Type II rear milled sight. It's marked with the small H for Hemphill in a shield... But also has SA stamped next to it.
I've never seen this before, Has anyone else?



Picture 94 shows a Bayonet band First Stamped SI Then stamped again (possibly hand stamped?) with a different / wider font S |
I've seen examples like this but thought I'd share it.
