I just examined a walnut carbine stock with a large cross cannon on the butt close to the I-cut in the stock. The sling well has RMC and a flaming bomb in it. No M2 cut, or any rebuilt marks. I'm thinking it was a Rockola produced stock that somehow made it onto an Inland produced rifle. I never heard that Rockola supplied any stocks to Inland, but I suppose anything is possible. I see that they supplied 10,000 sears to them but that's all. Any other theories?Information
