Rifle E199 was shipped to a Mr Isley (maybe Isbey) of Liverpool on the 12th December 1969.

I think it's a safe bet that Mr "Isley" or "Isbey" was an RFD in Liverpool if he had Envoy No1 and No199, more research into this one I think!
