    Handguard op rod relief cut transition.

    Looking for the serial number range when the handguard op rod relief cut was used.

    Is it an SA or WRA hand guard.? If I recall correctly, SA was making the clearance cut by mid 1941 or around serial no. 250,000. WRA didn't start making the cut until around the 2.4 mil range.
