    Eye Relief for the No32

On the Bren Forum, there's been a bit of discussion about the eye relief for a No32/L1A1 sight.

I can confirm in a most painful way this afternoon after firing an L42 for the sniper div during a training/experience shoot using a couple of L42's and No4T's that the eye relief must be at least 2". If it's not, or the rifle slips or it's not held qute tight enough, the thing turns round and bites you, hard and harshly.

There it is.....2" or a black eye for the next few days. OUCH!
