    Transferrable Vickers MkI for sale

A little beyond my purchasing power currently but an opening bid of $54,000.00 will put you in the running to purchase a live, transferrable Vickers Medium MG. Looks like lots of accessories including something I've not seen before, an illuminated Aiming Lamp, MG., MkIII which was used to provide traversing reference points when firing at night. I would have thought you'd have seen those at least in passing. We used them on the 81mm mortar and the C6 in the sustained fire roles. The Arty used them on the 105mm as well. They work just fine.
    Regards, Jim

We seldom fired the C6 or M2 dismounted from our M113A2 DAREOD, which is something we didn't get to do often enough, especially after Chilliwack closed. The last time we had the C6 out we had to go to Ft. Lewis.
