They where doing the same thing around here Peter, it was causing major traffic jams. The locals must have complained because it ceased, does have a dirty, underhanded feeling about it. On the bright side,,, I can ride a motorcycle WITHOUT a helmet in Pennsylvania...

I remember my first trip to Mt.Washington New Hampshire(1988) and decided I would ride with no helmet as law permitted. I have to hand it to open face riders, you are tough as nails . After being pelted with bugs, stones and dust I was thankful for the laws in Canada
at that moment. The freedom to choose is where the beauty lies. I also agree, more sneaky by the day!!!

Nothing to add regarding tanks, but I like Evan Williams single barrel bourbon.

Actually I dispise uneccessary wars. Love the history.I was merely thinking of our brave men and women working along side our allies in conflict and hoping we all had the same tools to simplify things. But since this discussion has taken a turn for the better and we are talking about our favourite spirits that we enjoy when we are in the forum. Jameson whiskey for me. Hense some of the posts LOL.

You guys better make a trip to the Knob Creek show in April. If you're bourbon drinkers, there are many small distilleries on the "bourbon corridor", (including a brand called "Knob Creek), that are so much better than the big brand names. Come and talk Enfields and Brens then go back to your motel room with a nice bottle of the lesser known, excellent bourbon purchased locally. I promise you'll need a good drink after a Saturday at "the creek". Especially if you stay for the night shoot! There are a few on here that know what I'm talking about. Eh Doug?

Splicenut, send me a PM or email. Pretty sure we live within 40 miles of each other.
