    For me, it's a tough call, because it's almost impossible to find a coachwood forend for a refurb; so, like said above, $150 maybe...

    In this case, because the barrel has been cut and the receiver D&T’d, I think the value in the rifle would be if were converted by Parker Hale. Does it have Parker Hale stamped on the barrel?
