Sometimes the Enfield Gods smile on you.
At the last four guns shows I have attended I have found nothing worth buying. But this last weekend at a small local show the stars were perfectly aligned.
No.4 Mk.1, Maltby, 1941, S/N# 8556 no prefix, excellent condition, original finish, all correct and matching except for the mag. It's a LongBranch that at some point was numbered to the rifle. $400
No.4 Mk.ll, Faz S/N# PF328689, dated 11/54, matching bolt and mag, correct small parts. Mounted in one of those hideious black plastic stock sets. $100. I have most everything needed for restoration.
And to top off the day, a US Model 1917, Winchester, all correct and matching with original finish. $500
Sometimes everything works.

Sounds like you had a good day!! Are you sure this is a Maltby?

Of course, you'll have to do photos.
The No.4 Mk.2 can wait until you've "before and after" done.
But the other two? Bring 'em on! Don't taunt us...
