    Hello Simon,

I am trying to purchase a L42A1 #H34946 with the complete CES. Do you have any information about this rifle?

    Regards
    Frank

    Envoy information please

    Hi Simon.

New members first post, picking up a Enfield Envoy this weekend, serial number E405
I know it's been owned by the same person since 1971 and still has the accuracy card with it. Very interested in any more info.
    Thanks.

    L39a1

    Simon,
    7.62m/m L39A1
    UE 69 A 425
I bought this in 1994 - $295 + tax; wish I had bought an L42 at the same time. It came with issue rear sight; a Britishicon friend of mine from Iraq (his mane was Simon also) was able to find me an A.J Parker TZ4/47 sight calibrated in 7.62mm. It didn't appear to have been used much if any. Very accurate with any ammo I feed it. Appreciate anything more I can learn about it.

    Thanks
    Rick
