No. 1 Mk. 3 or No. 1 Mk. 3* (a actual No. 1 Mk. 3 is very rare in original configuration)? They have been sold off to the civilian market for years now, so your best bet is gun shows, talking to people, and some gun stores. Another great source is the Equipment Exchange on Canadian
Gun Nutz which is actually where I do most my buying of military surplus firearms.
In regards to your restoration question, only you can answer that. Odds are it will cost you more than a original will cost you, however it is up to you if you want to take that step.

5 years ago you could economically rebuild a sporter for 1/2 the cost of a original. Today you would be looking at spending the same amount to restore one as to buy a complete original. Wood along with all the metal parts are starting to become scarce.
