Quotes ~ Hey all . I have a 1965 Ishapore 2A , that is having a mag , and a feed issue.
I,m not asking for advice on how to repair mine
It either has issues or it doesn't and stating "not just somebody" perhaps you should look up a few profiles if people here like Peter Laidler
, Brian Dick
, Vincent, Browningauto rifle, Bruce from Oz, tbonesmith
to name just a few then go and reconsider your question but I doubt your going to get to much from them having stomped on them with no respect.
Me I do not care whether they help you now or not but respect for knowledge and experience must be recognized for what it is as the stuff some of the people know is not found in books, PAMS or anything else you try to troll up on the web, its called "Hands on experience learnt the hard way."

Nobush, it would help if you post a few clear pics, the problem may be staring you in the face and some may notice straight away, but we can't help without the basics, a few pics and it may be possible to compare.
Pics of the Mag, the mag well and the bolt face and extractor would be a start...

There's only three things that go wrong with magazines in my humble opinion
1) they are loose. That is an easy fix on a No1 and No4. But it might mean that you have to repair the back strap. A sort of easy fix. We used to wait until we had 20 or so to do and then do them all in one hit
2) the bolt won't pick up the round when closing. Easy fix. Could be caused by loose magazine or simple adjustment of the rear lips
3) nose of the round not facing the opening of the chamber and stubbing into somewhere. Nose of round is controlled by sides of mag and the small retaining lips. These parts direct the nose centrally and slightly downwards. It is the feed ramp in the body that directs the nose into the chamber. Once the nose is IN the chamber, nothing else matters because that's where it's going
There is MUCH much more to magazines and feed than that but that's really all there is to magazine FEED problems

Alberta is a bit far for me for a sunday drive . Through this forum and post I have a meet set up with a lurker non member that messaged me on another forum . If the fact that I stated simply that online info wasn't what I was looking for , and I was looking for hands on . Instead of getting upset , just ignore the post
( I only asked on this forum and one Hunting forum )
I,m not shure what a PAMS is ??
