Have you checked that there is still space in your "out-mail box". This is because you have an "in mail box" and also an "out mail box". If not you may need to delete some messages that you have sent in the past.

I would suggest that your problem indeed lies there, so find a real computer for sending and receiving PM's. As I said to you on emails, I have thoroughly tested this function using your actual account, Safari on a MAC computer to send and receive. The function is working fine and hasn't changed since 2006.
