Thanks Jim. It's perfect for me, nice enough to be proud of and messed up enough that I'm not afraid to pack it around. It does shoot very well thought it's been a while since I've fired it. For a while it was the most powerful rifle I owned that I could easily carry on a horse. Then I got a 742 Remington carbine with a little 4x scope in 30 06. A good horse & truck gun. The Kraghas more class.
