AD's (or ND's - negligent discharges as I prefer to call them) are a subject that is damn near worthy of it's own dedicated thread! My list of personally witnessed incidents in various circumstances is long and frightening, and illustrates the limitless ability of people to do stupid things while their brain is out of gear. Luckily none of those incidents were fatal, but only by millimetres and the grace of God!
