Its S/N# 1500307 with a barrel date of 3-38 and a C stock. No hit on SRS.

So far the major parts are tracking for a 1938 rifle using the data I have (to include Ricca). Its showing all the normal wear of a issue weapon that was carried and handled alot yet it seems to have been fired very little. Bore looks very strong and it passes the bullet test. I will headspace it after a good cleaning.

I just picked it up today. This just might be what we car crazy nuts would call a "barn find."
