Bent 03 Striker
I am a bit new to 1903s. While cleaning my 1903A3 this evening I noticed that my striker tip was slightly bent. Is this a problem with my rifle or the loads? I have chronoed the loads and they run 2700 fps?

I am not aware of any mechanism whereby your cartridge loads could bend the striker tip. Perhaps you may consider replacing your striker.
Hope this helps.

i have seen them bend, they usually break soon after.
id try a new one, and a new spring as well, likely someone stuck a 1917 spring in it.
they are a bit thicker and heavy, and if not careful will rupture a primer on a 1903.

Thanks
Sounds good, looks like I need to have a new one on hand.
