    It wasn't an accident, IM(ns)HO.

    Unintentional, no doubt, but I can't categorize carrying a loaded, cocked revolver in my hand & using that hand to push a baby stroller as an "accident". Anyone who knows anything at all about firearms could have seen that one coming.....
