    And Another Cartridge Quiz!

    There have been a couple of cartridge quizzes on a forum above, thought this might be a good forum for one. There are some scarce ones here, good luck! I put a 7.62x39 M43 in the center to give some scale.

    That .345 looks virtually identical to my .30 carbine proof loads.

    Similar profiles, the .345 predates the .30 Carb (originally called .30 SL, for Self-Loading). The .345 was based on the .351 WSL case, similarly to the 8mm Ribeyrolle. My .345 is a factory dummy, I'm still looking for a loaded ball round.
