Scope tin questions...again.

In the spirit of attempting to make my repro scope tins look more "authentic" i want to stamp the lids with the proper nomenclature and also install the instruction labels on the inside of the tin's lid. Could anyone please let me know what size the letters are on the stampings? If there was a standard Font, that would be helpful as well. Any good pictures or sources for repro labels would be greatly appreciated...thinking I could find an old '40's typewriter and try my hand at it ???????

Would there be any possible source out there for some good old armourer's stamps?

In addition, would be looking for any good inside pics of a Lyman Alaskan scope tin.
