    Winchester 52 Cartouches

    Hello,

I have a U.S. Property marked Win 52C 1956 smallbore target rifle. It has a factory gloss finish and has markings on the stock. The first is a "G" on the bottom of the grip and the 2nd markings are on the front face of the forearm,in large letters M C G

Has anybody seen similiar markings? Or have any idea on where this rifle could have originated? Thanks.
