    Budapest M95 carbine stock 'disc'.

Just got this (presumably) bring back Hungarianicon M95 carbine home. Totally non-refurbed, serial number of 35P, stock matches. However, I am more than a bit curious about the little 'disc' in the buttstock. I've never seen one like this. My camera is possibly the worst camera in the world, so I may have to draw it. Thoughts welcome.
