Snowing up north today, so I had a nice day in the shop. I am repairing a broken recoil plate ledge on a WRA I-cut Highwood. Job 1 is to clean up the cracks. It's surprising how many breaks you find after a good cleaning. There is a N.F.R. Garandstock in the background being steamed, and an Inland Highwood oval cut in the drying room. "Rocky" is overseeing the progress. More pictures to follow.
