The white tip low recoil (M236E1) even had a special modified M14 stock to use, Bill Ricca had a photo of one variation which had a pistol grip and two extended flat steel pieces attached to
a M1 butt plate. Never worked-out, even with a 3100 fps velocity

The M276 Dim Tracer could only be seen in a night vision scope, later the color was changed
