There are tons of these out there at various sites, no one seems to have the bolts.

Much like the Spanish Destroyer carbine but with those it was a deliberate effort on the part of the Spanish govt.

Not sure about the Chinese but it may have been as simple as they were imported with bomts separate and were never mated with one here.
