LEC restoration help plz

Pulled an LEC Mk I out of the safe, and it looks like the barrel extends just over 1/4 of an inch past the nose cap. I also used a meter tape-measure, and I counted 7mm of barrel protrusion.

Once again thank you for the help… just what i needed.
It wont be as nice as yours but for a first one it will be good enough.
I also have a NZ one to do and either another LEC or a RIC too… not sure which model the 3rd one was, it's been butchered too much. Have to do more research on it to figure it out.

It’s a good felling bringing a cut down sporter back to life I have done a few smle and a couple of martini rifles finding the parts is hard and exspensive especially the martini
