Jungle Carbine with no 8 wood

There's a guy on a local Colorado board that's selling a "No. 7 Jungle Carbine". Turns out it's a commercially made "copy" of a No. 5 Carbine, made from a No. 4, and rebarrelled for .308 Win./7.62 NATO, with a 12 round magazine. Doesn't look bad, $325.

The "No7's" I have seen advertised in the UK are No1 MkIII's of Ishapore origin, hence the 12 round magazine.
Do they have a flash eliminator like an L1A1?
